Hi, me and my wife we both r on H1b. My wife works with a solution & service LLC.say company A, now the owner is ready to start a new company, say B,with my wife as partner. She will be just passive investor in the company and getting profits, if any from company B. Can she still work full time with company A?. How can we invest in company B and take profits. is there any problem is getting profits more then 500K in a year.
What r IRS forms?. Finally any good attorney suggestions for Houston, TX.
What are the options for business formation,
Does anyone see any issue with this kind of formation and GC process for me..

Hi,
I need to get my H1B stamped in Mexico. I know there are some agencies which offer a complete package trip to the Mexico US Consulate. Does anybody know some names and contact information?
I am based in Los Angeles and am pretty close to Mexico border. Do they have something in Southern California? Other places are also Ok.

I have question , How long it will take after submitting the evidence . I have received RFE on Jan 15 and submitted 03/25/2008 and I have seen LUD 03/27/2008 .
How long they will take time to decide the case?

I don't mind the noise overall but this camera is very noisy in the shadows...i shoot a picture in the sunlight and then print it...picture quality is awesome but in the shadows...man so much noise...
maybe the d2x will solve the day?...lol

I'm in the process of a COS and was denied an R1 petition. Here's my case, and it would greatly help me if someone could assist me in determining whether my countdown of unlawful presence and unlawful status has begun.
Aug 15, 2004 Arrived on a F1
Jul 21, 2009 F1 expired
Aug 20, 2009 Filed for R1
Aug 24, 2009 OPT expired
Nov 18, 2009 R1 status denied
Dec 18, 2009 Appeal of Decision
After the expiry of my OPT i still continued to work whilst my R1 petition was in process. Does this violate my status automatically, or does it begin when it is determined by the USCIS? Microsoft XNA is a popular framework applied with C# that is being used to create quality games. My thesis group decided to use the said framework for our thesis which required us to develop a game. The game automatically logs the actions that the players perform while playing. The data that will be gathered is to be used for our research which is mainly about player modeling. It would really help us in our thesis if you'd play the game. Thank you!

Hi,
I need some clarification. One of my friend confued me.:confused:
My I-485 is filed (I-140 is already approved) by my lawyer.
I am traveling in Sep end returning in Oct End.
I have my H1-B extension with me and need to get it stamped in India.
As per my lawyer, she will file for EAD and AP after I come back. I am not sure what she ment then about the she has filed my application in July.
As per her there is no issue as she will file my EAD/AP after I come back.
Will this travel be an issue in my stamping in India and/or getting back in the US after stamping?
Please advice.
